Our Alpha Programme is designed to nurture and develop players for individual County and Franchise trials and for the Club's development towards Regional opportunities.

Vipers had a tough season in Division 1, but lots of key learnings for them as a team and the club. Preparation for Typhoons and Avengers playoff next year starts now!
! U13 and U15 Prepare for Regional Netball !
Our Alpha Squads run from U10 to Senior, allowing our A sides of each year group to be exposed to performance standard netball and strengthen their play.
U16 and U15 both secure wins to gain Essex met promotions.
We've also seen our sides compete in Sisters n Sport and ENG events this season and are excited to enter again next year.

Falcons finish 3rd at the Magic tournament and take the win at our Invitational.
Last season, both Power and Jets played at the Copper Box, with Power being crowned U16 Runners Up.
We continue to plan and enter tournaments and competitions that allow our Alpha Players exposure to regular netball at the highest standards.

Alpha Schedule
U13-16 Alpha
Our U15/U13 Squads have Typhoons and Avengers preparing for regional qualifiers and all Alpha sides play performance netball including Essex Met, ENG, Sister n Sport etc.
U14 ERYL Division 1 Qualification
Club history as the first Division 1 side.
U16 Division 2 Winners for Jets 24/25.

U12 Alpha
U12 Alpha allows our Sonics, Falcons and now Ninjas girls exposure to the next level of competition and to the wider clubs.
This Squad train alongside U14/16s and are play in Essex Met as well as entering performance competition.

Senior Alpha
**Senior Regional Netball Qualification Secured!**
The Senior Alpha Squad includes our top Thurrock players who will play in East Region Division 3 from September.
Force are on for their most successful season ever, currently back to back Division 1 Winners and having qualified for Senior Regional. Power (U19) and Jets (U16) are both currently battling it out for the Division 2 top spots.
The next aim is to fully recruit for September and successfully maintain our Senior Regional spot.
